Originally from Fort Wayne, IN. where there has always been a THRIVING local music scene. (pre-covid  ?) I miss it terribly. 

Most of my friends back home are musicians & regularly gig. None of them own a Heritage, which is why one of them directed me here to find out about my 1984 H-140 that I got 35 yrs ago. I really knew nothing about it other than it was a custom and it was the 7th one made. (I'd imagine hearing I didn't know anything about it actually made some of you cringe. Lol Sorry.) I don't know how to play, and frankly this week I have Googled "parts of a guitar" several times to know specifically what people are talking about. (another cringe?) ? So yeah, newbie!! 

BUT... I'm starting my journey and I'm excited to learn to play. I'm even more excited to learn on a guitar I love that also has great sentimental value to me.
