I am sorry you are so unhappy with the guitar.. I would try to get some satisfaction from your dealer first.. If that is they way you want to go.. But if you really love they it sounds and plays, I would just enjoy it, and accept the fact that it is a hand made guitar!! Just my opinion, and I hope you can work it out!! -

Thats great news mark!! In the band I'm in, I play lead and sing about maybe 30 percent of the songs..Depending on how difficult the lead is, it's really tough..So I know what you mean..

That's a great story..I love it when things work out the way they are supposed to!! Go Heritage!! We have all heard horror stories..(With ALL guitar companies) But when it is as close to my heart as Heritage, it's nice to hear they pulled it out of the fire!!
