I know a couple of Claytons through work but only on 1st name basis.

I can find out.

Other than that I think theres about 1.8 million living in Perth metro area. Not huge by some standards but big enough to hide a few Claytons :)

he is a guitar player too...he plays Ernie Ball stuff....he had me buy him a special laser transit on ebay and ship it to him a while back.   is that the kind of work you are in, construction/arcitechture?

i have also shipped amps/guitars/FX to him from the US

In a previous life I worked on a lot of the big projects in the city and around the state.

I may know him through what I do now but if he's buying all his gear OS's probably not.

Hi. I just joined a few minutes ago. I've been saving for my first semi hollow for awhile now and thought that an Epi Sheraton or Casino would do the trick (in my price range). The cost of a Gibby is way out of reach. But, a member of a Canadian Forum posted pics of his Heritage Prospect and a 335(???) and I just had to learn more about these guitars. I have never heard of Heritage before so I'm going to raid your threads to get as much Info as I can. My real name is Shaun, I'm 16 and from Canada and have the day off school. Nice to be here.

Spent 14 years in Kalamazoo starting with college. Degree in Industrial Design. Visited 225 Parsons Street in 1981 and had an epiphany. Wanted to design and build guitars. Made a bitchin' electric as my Senior Design Project (Belated thanks to Tim Shaw at Gibson for the advice). Wound up designing and building other stuff to finance the necessities of life (eating, living indoors, and guitars).

No complaints (who'd listen?)

Hi Im Roddy, a Scotsman now living in Australia,I have been gigging since the sixties.

I had a 535 back in the UK ,but foollishly sold it a couple of years ago, after finding the HOC I posted a wanted add for a 535 in Aus, I now have a great natural 535 with HRW Pups. Thanks to HOC member Tully.

I will be gigging next week in the Adelaide Hills,

The Hills will be alive to the sound of a 535. could be a song or a film in that one.

They aren't mine. This is my work environment. Sucks huh. Funny thing for a grown man to do.

It looks like a hostile work-place, full of sexual innuendos and loud noise.  Probably tons of the opposite gender rotating through asking to see your "wares".  Can I apply on-line?

I suppose I've almost totally de-railed this post.  It's tough to quiet all those voices in my head...

Hi Roddy!  Welcome to the HOC ward ;D

I truly hope they have single malt in the land down under!  God bless the Scotts!

Actually.......you've summed it up perfectly. Im not kidding either. Some days I just ache to get back out in the weather and do some serious graft on a construction site. Not. Dont know how I did that for so long.
