DC Ron strikes again. With an extra sweet Sweet 16.

Hey.. is the H-550 synth in your signature the one that RhodesScholar used to own or something different ?

It's the same one--could there be two? Have an open project on that one to restore the MIDI volume and guitar/mix/MIDI toggle (which was in place but floating loose inside the body) both of which were not accessible in the original build. Suspect the folks at H did as good as they could but lacked the reps (or buyer's spec) to do this one with full MIDI. It is a fabulous guitar though, with superb woods and an 18" thinline (!) orangeburst body and an Eagle Classic style neck. Where are you going to find another one of those?

I didn't remember it being labeled as a H-550... as it's different than any regular Heritage model, of course.

A bit of guitar synth can be quite a blast at times.. what it can do is so powerful.

Sorry about the hijack... you do seem to have rather good taste in guitars :icon_thumright: .

Thx Fred. Wouldn't have labeled it H-550 either but for the label on the control plate. Guess they had to call it something! Not as grand as the Centurion, but likely as unique... :icon_salut:
