NGD: 2014 H-535 Translucent Wine

NGD: 2014 H-535 in a Translucent Wine finish. Just received it today. It's uncanny how it is always raining whenever I bring home a new guitar. I'll take some actual photos of the guitar myself, but till then, I'm attaching some of the dealer's photos.

It was painful to part with the last 535 that I had and I did so with the intention of replacing it with another one.

After having already bought one brand new Heritage guitar this year, I never expected to buy another one so soon but this is it. Mission accomplished.

This one came from Wolfe Guitars in South Florida. I was there in person two Saturdays ago but made the decision to buy this one after I had returned home to Virginia and given it a lot of thought.

Here is an excerpt which includes the specs from their web site.

"A rich & beautiful translucent Wine Red finish on well flamed maple

body, and with all the good stuff we special order- Seymour Duncan's
most popular model 59 humbuckers, TonePros bridge & stop bar, special
CTS Control Pots w/ Spraque caps, Hand bound & Lacquered Rock Maple
pickguard, AAA Indian Rosewood fingerboard on real Honduran Mahogany
neck, cream color binding, Grover keys, REAL Nitrocellulose Lacquer
finish and a fine logo hardshell case."

I believe this will complete my Heritage guitar collection so I guess I'll also need to shoot a family photo too.

I like the pickguard too but now that I am looking at it closer, the gold top hat knobs seem to look a little out of place since nothing else on the guitar is gold. Maybe I should replace the gold top hat knobs with some black speed knobs that go to 11... and then take the pictures.

I would agree. Awesome guitar in any case, and enjoy it in good health!
