Since this thread was hijacked :hijacked: , I'm going to take it back...

But, I did try MicroPro 8 Mach 2 Guitar Combo Amplifier (200W in a 1x8 combo)

The amp sounded great, it was nice to set it up to the verge of breakup, but still be clean when playing lightly. Onboard Reverb and Tremolo also sounded

I just played with one of those today. Amazing! If I was actually in the hunt for another amp, that probably would have come home. The 112 sitting next to it was pretty dandy, too.

You got it. The market is starting to get saturated, so he's not taking in as many tube amps and selling Quilters as much, but there are still some. Last I checked he had a MP2 8" there. I almost bought it, but somehow a used one popped up with the footswitch and saved me $400. I'll pay a little extra to shop local, but I can't forkover a 30% premium.

Well if he gets a nice Mesa he wants to unload let me know. I still like heavy tube amps. Those little micro amps scare me. For a tiny amp, I would buy a Carr Rambler before anything else if I wanted something little.

Yea, I ended up selling my Mach2 and got a Richter 5e3. Back to the tube amps for now. I just couldn't bond with the Mach2 8".

I bet that Aviator sounds great thru a cab Tulk!

Ugh... wish you put it up for sale here... I'd love to had it.... Bummer. That's the exact amp I am probably going to buy....
