sfceric64 Posted July 2, 2017 Share Posted July 2, 2017 Bought a couple SF Fenders @ auction recently 70'Bronco & 71'SuperReverb. Was hoping to pick up my 2nd Heritage guitar(H150) as well, but the bidding went crazy and I got out of the way. The Bronco is up 1st and prepped for new parts. The cap-can and a handful of resistors were out of spec so far. All original components. Some rusted pieces will be swapped out merely for aesthetics and the bottom Tolex was damaged. I love there tone but have never owned one until now, I don't gig. I will change the balance pot to bias and clip the output caps. Gonna stick with the 5u4gb for its sag, I kinda like that over the gz34 boost. This one needs some elbow grease. I basically stole it, under 750 delivered. Nice. It's hard to beat a Fender tube amp.
