Hfan Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 One of my pet peeves is a high E string too close to the edge of the board and with a pre notched bridge I'd worry that is what I'd wind up with. I've gotten unnotched bridges and had no problem notching the saddles to my liking. I bought a set of double sided nut/saddle files from Philadelphia Luthier Supply on e bay.
