foot Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 Received a H-137V2 today from the company.Really noisy pots.Contacted Heritage and within 30 minutes spoke to a rep and was sent to an approved luthier to get the issue remedied under warranty. Amazing.I have dealt with the public for over 45 years and have never seen such a quick remediation. I will buy a third. I hope they make it. I want a Golden Eagle.
