You would think someone demo'ing such an expensive and rare amp would do more to show the full capabilities of it, tone-wise.

Also seriously, they need to get that guitar tuned and/or intonated. With that bridge there is no excuse for any out of tune notes.

Waaaay too busy with the fingers.   Where was an example of sustain and harmonic taking over for the fundamental in single note work?  He had way more skills than I but he had no feel.. .   I don't think that he owned the amp, it sounded like he got to play through a friends's toy.  A real test is playing along with a band, not just sitting there making noise.   The tone stack settings looked  a bit strange, and the master was set waaay high.   It sounded like the OD trimmer  was set low. That was a really early early Overdrive Supreme build, Altec 417h II is uncommon in later ones.  EVM 12L is more commonly found in a 1/12 combo...

Kenny Loggins D-tones  in the Full Sail album sounded much much better.
