The slight break-up tone sounds great, and it sounds more 3D than any other Mesa amp that I've ever heard. It just sounds more organic, more vintage. The power options are definitely VERY nice. Also, definitely liking the new speakers that Jensen has been putting out. I wonder if the 12AT7 is the Reverb driver, or the phase inverter. Considering it seems they do at least one a year, sometimes more?" I also thought, "well, my Lone Star (ne:Classic) absolutely nails it on the Tweed setting, so why not one dedicated to Tweed?"
