H-575 Humidification?

I for sure use a case humidifier for my 575.  I like the Musicnomad one, it's easy, velcro attaches it to the case interior anywhere you want.  Since this picture I've moved it into where the cutaway is to concentrate more moisture into that part of the case.

Just for fun I monitor it with one of these:

Kind of useless I suppose, but I can look on my phone and see what the "weather" is in my guitar case.

I have found that you, your family members, your pets, your furniture, and ALL your guitars will benefit from indoor humidity during the winter season.  For the price of a guitar case and a humidifier, you can humidify your whole house. I bought one of these, and have never looked back.  Keeps the whole house around 40% relative humidity ??

I have a humidifier for the house.  It holds 3 1/2 gallons which in the winter lasts about 1 1/2 days.   I also have a Martin tube humidifier that I keep in my Taylor acoustic.   The humidity in the house stays around 40% in the dead of winter.  I don't worry about the electrics with that level, even the 525.  The Taylor seems to be more sensitive to humidity changes.

Monica, Go to the dollar store  or walmart and buy several of these. Then buy some cheap sponges. Drill a couple of good sized holes in the top of the soap holder and voila! Best humidifier ever for around $2 each. I Velcro them into my case. They hold the moisture for longer than any of the others that I have paid up to $20 for.

If you have questions, PM me and I can txt you a picture of one of them all finished.

I keep my acoustic instruments in a small, separate room, hanging on a wall, where I use a tall (sits on the floor) room humidifier during the dry months. The humidifier comes with a remote control and 4 different levels of humidity which I can choose from. It holds at least a couple of gallons of water at a time.

I use Oasis Humidifiers in the soundhole of my stage acoustic guitars, and they are very effective (I live in one of the lowest humidity areas in the country). They make a version you can just put in your case.

One of my cases, an Ameritage, has a built in humidification system which you can buy separately. It holds two Herco humidifiers, and I think you could put that in your H575 case. https://www.ameritage.com/store/product/accessories/Retrofit_Humidity_Control_SystemTwo_Compartments.html

Like the soap box trick bt cheaper, I would put a damp sponge in a plastic baggie with some holes punched in it in the case pocket. II had a few top techs say that was an ok method.  had a whole house humidifier installed on my furnace last year but still may add a small damp sponge to my hollow bodies and acoustics.
