Mike at Heritage started a new virtual experience in which he takes you on a personally guided tour completely interactive with the people and guitars at Heritage. Guests can talk to Pete, Mike, and many others about guitar building. This is for the people that cannot physically go to Kalamazoo. You book a time and date, Mike gets on a camera and walks you through the factory. It’s interactive and there is this cool feature that if you are looking at some merchandise or even a guitar, it pops up for a buy it now. You pay through Amazon on the spot.
