DC Ron Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Anyone know if a stock "335" wiring harness like this one will drop into a H535 without mods? The jack placement on a 535 is different (looks longer?) and the switch on my 535 is L shaped instead of short/straight. Kuz Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 I find it very unlikely it will fit seeing as the 335 input is on top of the guitar and the 535 is on the rim. FWIW, when I ordered a new harness for my 555 (from RS guitar works) they asked where the input jack was located because they weren't interchangeable. Responded quickly to emails and just asked for the distance from the bridge tone pot to the jack (2-1/4"). Quality parts for not so much $. Will let you know how it turns out.
