Great entry, I cannot wait for my tele to be finished. =) As far as losing weight, one of the things that really helped me was that my wife became a Shakeology and a 21 Day Fix Coach. I was very skeptical but watched her lose ALL of her baby weight and is stronger than she ever was. Tried it and I had very similar results. The diet change is critical with whatever you do exercise wise.
