  1. Your guitar's color is precisely what I'm going to have Heritage refinish my ACB H-550. Like that it isn't all one color, then a burst in the middle, as do have so many guitars. As for the sides, I'm going to also have them do that subtle yellow burst under the brown that'll give it a violinish look. -Charles Bevell
  2. How'd you get them to make the burst so much like a red fire instead of more muted, like OSB often is? Thanks.- Charles Bevell
  3. Hi, GF! What color is this? Amber Translucent? Thanks.- Charles Bevell

This is the color I'd like to have my 550 refinished in. Is it ASB or light OSB, or something else? Thanks.- Charles Bevell

What color is this? I'm going to have my 550 refinished in a light old style burst, but would love to have the sides the color of your guitar. Thanks.- Charles Bevell

    '95 H550 ASB

ASB has grown on me. Is the closest color to Gibson's Golden Sunburst, which Ibanez copied in the '90's. Will probably have Heritage refinish my H-550 (is now ACB) in ASB, only I'll have the burst cover more of the top and back, and the sides, with the light brown covering the edges.Had thought of lighter finishes, but there's a chance that the red of the ACB might bleed through over time, according to Jim French at Heritage, since they're not taking it down to the wood. $500 buys only so much.Very classy look to ASB! - Charles
