  1. I'd be happy to post a pic of the Little One.  Maybe its that I just got out of bed and my brain isn't properly engaged, but I can't figure out how to post a pic.  I click the insert image button but I can't get the photo to insert.  Must be the decades of drug abuse, huh?

    Regards,

    Cig

HI Cigaro. Welcome to the HoC. The insert image is for images hosted in a web folder or some such thing. If the image is on your hard drive, use the "Additional Options" right below the big white space where you're typing your replies, etc. You'll see "Attach", a long white space. "Browse". Click browse and find the images on your HD.

If they are in a web folder, click on the pic, copy the URL of the picture and paste that between the img tags:

    [img=http://imageURLgoeshere .jpg or whatever] tag.

  2. This is a very worrying trend...

Though perhaps from a business point of view they get tax breaks for supplying the disabled ;D

In the US it's called being Section 508 Compliant. Section 508 is a whole slew of laws and regualtions designed to enable the handicapped. Or as you point out -  left handed guitar players.

  3. Hi everybody!

I have an Eagle Classic that friends of mine are just dying for me to trade in so THEY can grab it! Not gonna happen. I really joined to find out what's happening in Kalamazoo. Glad things are looking up, but it'll be better when the sawdust starts flying again. David in Florida

    Dave,

Welcome to the HoC. Sawdust is flying in the old k'zoo. The boys are back at it and better than ever. New models are coming out, or more accurately, have come out. And our favorites are still being produced. Production is a'happening!

And Eagle Classic, eh? Might as well post a pic of it. Always like to see another Heritage guitar.

  4. Hi

I am Manuel from Barcelona , Spain owner of an Heritage Golden Eagle.

Sold all my Gibson .I also Have PRS Custom, Ibanez AM200, Ovation Legend Custon, Alhambra acc-elect, Fender Strato 62, all to enjoy retirement...

I found your club through www. Very good idea. Congratulation to all members.

    Manuel,

Welcome to the Hoc. We'd be very pleased if you would post a picture of your Golden Eagle. It's almost a requirement on this forum.   Good to have you on board.

  5. Oh sh** - I would be sick if that happened!!! Please recommend a good stand please.

Thank you very much for the heads up!!!

    Bill

I use a little short stand called Fret Rest by Proline. Found it at ......... Guitar Center. Hey, they're good for some things. I'm sure there are other brands out there. Just look for one that says it doesn't react with Nitro.

  6. bilbal,

Nice guitar!! Got a 535, myself. As well as a 2K SAE. BTW, thats real nitro on the finish. You'll want to get a guitar stand that is non-reactive. Sure would hate to see you post a pic a burn mark on the lower bouts! So, don't wait!!! Go get yourself a safe stand for that beauty! :police:

  7. 1999 One of a kind SAE Millenium with Block markers and HRW

    Oh yeah?? Lets see it!!!

BTW, gots me a one of a kind SAE, too. Well, according to Marv it is. He said back when they started making them they just weren't sure what the models were going to be. So there are some really unique Millies out there, simply because they were still experimenting. So .... lets see it!!!

BTW, just so you know, I'm not the type that would post one of those Thread is useless smileys. Like this one ---->  :this_thread_is_useless_withou. Nope, not me.

  8. Hi Tim

I'm a new member and the new owner of a H-147, my first Heritage guitar. Haven't recieved it yet and haven't been able to find out much about this guitar. Is this a special order guitar or do you know anything about this model?

I play, teach, and build guitars and am proud to be on the Heritage team.

    Cheers Kevin

    Kevin,

Welcome to the HoC. We've got a bit of a FAQ/Database going. There is some info on the H140 right HERE. Altho' I'm sure a few others can give you some hands on reviews. Be sure to start a thread and post a pic of the H140 when you get it.
