Has anyone ever seen CDT and brentrocks in the same room?
No?
I rest my case!
;D
Welcome to the Club (again) CDT! As the regulars are wont to point out:

Up to 13lbs !!!
>
I was going to say 8-14#

Welcome to the Club, CJ. Heritage does make a light weight H-150 (LP-style) that may be weight relieved. I've never handled one, but I'm sure someone here can fill you in on the details.
-
Welcome to the Club, Tim! Just a suggestion, but whatever you're feeding that 535 doesn't seem to agree with it...it puked out a pickup!
-
+1 for posting pics of a sweet guitar!
-
Welcome to the Club, Felipe! (hint: post pics before the mob shows up with the big signs!)
-
Welcome to the Club to Rodrigo, Wolfi and everyone else I've missed posts from lately. You new guys and gals should make sure you put a pin in the HOC Frappr Map.

Congrats on the 170, it's a looker !
+1. Imagine how cool it would be to get a 170 like that but with a wrap tail. Mmmmm.

Welcome to the Club, Tom! In order to get your plastic laminated, hand lettered membership card, you have to post pictures of your guitar!!!
:this_thread_is_useless_withou
OK, I'm kidding about getting the membership card...but, pics would be cool! :afro:

A B-series is pretty danged early, Smurph. Welcome to the Club!

Well I'm new here, and although I do not yet own a Heritage guitar, I hope to. I do own a couple of guitars including a R. Taylor acoustic, an American Deluxe Tele, and a Taylor T-5. But what I'm gassing for is a H-535........someday soon.
Erick
Welcome to The Club, Erick! You're not alone in gassing for a 535, but have you, uh, checked out the 555 yet? Suuuuhhhhweeet!

***Question, when I back off the tone pot, it's almost like a switch, not a click, but a noticible change in sound during that first tiny motion. Is this normal? (both tone pots do it inthe middle PU position).
Thanks, Paul
Hrmmm, not sure what pots Heritage uses, but I would have guessed they would be linear. I know Hamer has special taper pots and they are not linear and so a small movement at the extreme end gets you a big "boost" relative to the change through the rest of the arc. Do the tone pots still do this when you're on either/or pup and not both?

Did we ever decide on and award a prize to #500...or is that still in committee? Seems some
flattering pictures of Brent were among the offerings >
You know, I don't know if a prize was ever decided or awarded. Do we have a committee for that sort of thing? ??? As I recall, the pictures of Brent were for "insurance" not giveaways. ;D

Korky1958 == David Cassidy? ???
;D
Welcome to the Club, all you new guys and gals! Anyone else remember when it was easy to keep track of new members joining? Dang.

Welcome to the Club, pressure! +1 on Brent's remark!

I think I have seen more left-handed players on this board than on the two or three other guitar-related boards I belong to (but don't seem to visit nearly as often any longer).
-
Welcome to the Club, Dave! Kenny is right, the boys in K'azoo have been turning boards into sawdust for quite a while. My recollection is that things were pretty dicey between July and November, but by January they were back with a vengeance.
Now...Eagle Classic...mmmmm, nice....

Welcome to the Club, Jim! That's a beauty of a 555. From the picture, it almost looks like it has bow-tie inlays. You say Gibson blocks, so I'll take that as meaning the usual inlays, but...bow-ties would kill. Regardless, beautiful guitar. Is the Ibanez an AF-105?

Welcome to the HOC, Fabio (and retroactively to any other newish members I've missed!!)!!!!

Karma is given as a way of showing you liked something a member said or posted.
+1 for the explanation...are you a teacher or somethign?
-
Welcome, Bob, to the HOC! There isn't anyone from Italy on our Frappr map. If you put your pin in the map, I'll give you a free karma point!
-
Hey...just noticed! Congrats and welcome to Bobba2k, the 600th member. Guess Bobba's in line to get the same swag as the 500th member! Johnny, tell Bobba what he's won.... :wav:
Well, Bobba2k, you've won an all expense paid click to The Family Tree where you will be subjected treated to some of the most outlandish, off-topic threads ever to disgrace a message board! Once you've had your fill of that fun, you'll be whisked off to For Sale, Trade, Wanted, where you can fill up the ol' GAS tank while simultaneously draining your bank account. And if that isn't enough, once you are on site at For Sale, Trade, Wanted, you will get visitation privileges to Bay Watch, the Internet's premier location for watching all of the obscure Heritage models go on sale (eventually)! We're sorry, there aren't any scantily clad beach volleyball players here. But, what you will find are more GAS-inducing listings than you can shake a stick at! So, make sure you pack several fresh bottles of Gas-X for this trip! Congratulations on joining the most enabling bunch of guitar players and enthusiasts known to man. We're sure your wife will miss you!
Back to you Rob...

Welcome to the Club, Bob! Ask away; you'll get answers. But, remember, once you buy one...POST PICTURES!
