Thanks Tim. My name is Doug, AKA HowieD. I recently found a new H 555 hanging in a small VA guitar/music shop. It had been there since 2005. I bought it! What a great guitar. I think she has Schaller pickups. They sound fine ti me. I don't know if they are HRWs or not. Grerat forum. Doug
