I think this is a 555, but will defer to the semi experts. He played through a Fender a Twin reissue. NEA Jazz Master Lou Donaldson is a pioneer of both Hard Bop and Soul Jazz, first as one of the original Jazz Messengers and later leading his own classic organ group gigs with Grant Green and later George Benson.
