I have the wrong certificate

Hi Everyone,

I bought an H-535 in the early 2000s from the legendary Stan Jay at Mandolin Brothers in Staten Island. My serial number is in the pic.

The Certificate they gave me was for a very different serial number. 

Really long shot, but if by any slim chance someone has mine and I have yours, let's trade certificates! 

I'd also love more information on what pickups, color, and other specs are in mine.
