Invision is moving on to version 5. As I'm investigating the impact of this major release migration, one of the things that jumped out at me was this:

If you're used to logging in with your Display Name (I know I am), I recommend that you verify your current, valid email address is set in your Profile.

I bet that will catch a few "occasional" users.    I had to check to see which of 5 emails was used.
