I like the Schallers at the moment. I messed around with he height adjustment on the neck pockup and that seemed to work for me for now. I might put something a little more pricey in her later on down the road:)

I hope the smiley means your kidding! Worst mistake in the world is to rate parts by price!

For more aggressive rock tones, I love the Duncan Pearly Gates in both positions of my 157. Haven't tried Seths, but I've found Duncan 59s to have a nasty "honk" in the bridge position. 157s have slightly brighter tone because of the ebony fretboard, and the 59s are just all wrong for that. The Pearly Gates fattens things up a bit.

 

Funny you should say that. When I ordered my 157 from Jay Wolfe and asked for Seths, he recommended a 59 in the neck. I asked if it was brighter than a Seth and he said yes. So, I said, if the 59 is brighter, lets go Seths all around since the ebony board is going to brighten it up anyway.
