The Heritage Guitar company will not see this massage here. Contact the Heritage dealer you bought it from to express your complaint and see if they can fix it or just return it for a refund. -

Heritage Guitar, the namesake of this owners club, began in 1985/1986. Therefore, the instruments you are describing are not related to THESE Heritage guitars.
