  1. Hey Scott. Good to see you here. A lot of old farts in these hallowed halls. Myself among them. A lot of good information and a lot of laughs here. Stay tuned.

I see you hail from Texas. As a Tennessean I am, by law, obligated to remind you of our state's sacrifice in helping make Texas a Republic. My people were the one's wearing skunk skin hats.

  2. Oh yea.. I forgot. I like beer too. I'm into IPAs right now.

    Dave

Oh, the stories I could tell......

I have known Dave for many years. He is the original Dave who "kept a dead ho' in a cave." Poor guy has access to 2-150s, 2-535s a 550 a 357 & the 475. I suspect he will be a Heritage owner before the PSP.

  3. I plan to buy a H 575 or something similar in the next future which would officially qualify me to be a member.

Hi Klaus, you will be glad you went with Heritage.  I was just at a friend's house and his 150 was sitting out.  It was so beautiful.... and of course it plays and sounds great as well.

  4. My name is Jukka and I live near Pittsburgh, Pa. I bought my first Heritage guitar, a used 1996 H-575 sunburst, earlier tonight. So far so good. The one thing that has me scratching my head is, the seller showed me his original receipt from when he bought the guitar new, from Woodsy's Music in Kent OH in 2005. Where was this guitar for the first 9 years?

Welcome Jukka.  You will like the people here.

Some guitars don't sell and sit in store rooms for years.  It may have come from a mom-n-pop store that closed down long ago or it may have been sitting in a closet at the Heritage factory forgotten for some time.  Who knows.  :)  I am sure you will enjoy that guitar.  (I have the acoustic version of that guitar, and even though it is a factory second, it spends it's spare time in my camera safe.)

  5. New member here. I hope to make it to the 18th get together. It sounds like fun!

I have two H-150CMLW's a solid H-150CM and a H-535. All wonderful guitars that are a joy to play.

By law I had to put the pics smiley here.  I hope to meet you in Kzoo.

  6. First off a karma point for y2kc for speaking up.

I'm Ron and I have a Heritage problem....... '96 535, '95 535, '90 HFT-445 and a '93 HFT-475.  Two of my friends each have an H-150 and one of them has a 550.  That makes 7 Heritage guitars between us.  Some times when we play I will get lost in the finish of one of the other guitars.  What works of art!

I also have a "blues Jones."  It is killing one of the other guitar players.  I might just finish him off tonight.  >:D
