  1. You're welcome Pics are easier to deal with if you have a Photobucket (or similar) account. Put your pics into Photobucket and you'll find an option that lets you copy an IMG link. Paste that link into your text when you're creating a new HOC post and you're done I use an iPhone for most of my HOC browsing so I know it's not the same as using a PC Here's my two, sitting in an English garden, waiting for the sun
  2. Hi Bobsky and welcome to the HOC In 1999, the stock pickups were Schaller Golden 50s, a low output, PAF-style humbucker. Stock tuners would have been nickel-finished Grover Rotamatics. However...... Heritage is essentially a custom shop, building a fair proportion of its output to specific, individual orders. To this end, you can find many variants within the individual model type (e.g. H-535). That might explain some of the hardware differences on yours. ASB is indeed Antique Sunburst. Congratulations on your first Heritage - there'll be more in your life Finally, we love pics. Did I mention that we live pics?
  3. Hi Tobias, welcome to the HOC from another European member
  4. Hi Alex, I have several relatives that live west of Varese near Lake Maggiore Heritage guitars are not common in the UK but there are two places that often have stock. One is High End Guitars in Nottingham, the other is Jam Guitars of Bristol but they don't have any at the moment. Most of the ones I see are on eBay. I hope you get your guitar soon
  5. Hi Alex, welcome to the HOC You'll find many 'enablers' here, ready to help you make that final push to getting your first Heritage. And your second Heritage. Third... Where is 'here' for you? I haven't heard the term 'semi-electric' before.
  6. Welcome to the HOC, Balladeer You've chosen probably the most versatile guitar that Heritage make - nice work! This won't be your last, be sure of that Pics please, we LOVE pics!
  7. It's a small world..... ...but I wouldn't want to paint it

  14. Hi funkapus, welcome to the HOC Which models are you thinking about?
  15. That looks like a nice one, Alswin Almond Sunburst (ALSB) H-150P perhaps? Avatar pics should be 100 x 100 pixels. Look a little further back in this thread for tools to resize your pic if you're not sure how to do that. And a warm welcome to the HOC from a UK member
  16. Welcome James, I'm also in the UK but double your age The 535 is one of Heritage's masterpieces; you have chosen well Of course, as is customary: pics or it never happened
  17. Hi Bob, welcome to the HOC We'd like to see some pics of that H-550 of yours! We all love the 357s, however I am not aware of any lefties in that model. I'm prepared to be contradicted though
