GASguy Posted April 23, 2011 Share Posted April 23, 2011 The thread about the beautifully reconfigured Champ has got me wondering about 2 x 10 combo amps. I have three 1 x 12 combos, a Genz- Benz Black Pearl 30, a ValveTrain Trenton, and a first generation Fender Hot Rod deluxe in a solid maple cabinet. 2 x 12 combos always seemed like they would be a little much for my needs. But I’m interested in the idea of a 2 x 10 combo. Any recommendations on a 2 x 10 combo amp for classic rock and rock or suggestions, comments? H Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 It's not exactly what you've asked for but I run my Vox Night Train (15W) through a custom made 2x10 cab with a pair of Celestions.
