gavinws140
Does anyone know which of the Bigsby's work on the Heritage H-140CM? I am inclined to say the same as the Les Paul's but I dont know if the measurements match up right.
High Flying Bird
Your probably right Gavin. I can't say for sure but I would expect the tops to be similar.
golferwave
Contact Ren at the factory and I'll bet he can tell you which Bigsby part number to get.
emery7columna
ZZ Guitarworks sells a trapeze style mounting plate with a Bigsby B50 on it. The mechanism bolts to your existing tailpiece studs and where the rear strap button is. It is completely reversable as there is no drilling required. rooster
FWIW, I have Stetsbars on 2 of my H150's. Fantastic tremolo, especially after they've broken in. Kinda halfway between a Bigsby and a Fender as far as action goes, much more usable and user-friendly than a Bigsby as well. Kinda pricey, but if you're going to bolt a trem onto a Heritage, the extra money is well worth it. Also, doesn't seem to kill the tone or sustain. Good stuff, IMO. rooster. es125luv
If you don't mind the look of the "horseshoe" Bigsby B5, try those Vibramate brackets with one. It is supposed to install with NO modifications and can be removed. Will work with any stop tailpiece/tune-o-matic setup. No, I do not work for these guys but I wish they had this a while back before I hacked up some guitars when I tried installing one. http://www.vibramate.com/
