JeffB Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 Heres a thing I didnt know I did. Repetitive licks over a repeating chord progression. It goes on and on......and on. I broke my foot about 9mths ago and a buddy came over on a sympathy visit. He bought his hd tascam and a cheesy keyboard. He recorded about 4hrs of us making up rhythms and grooves. The recording here is a bit honky middy. Its just a cheap mic stuck some where in the room picking up ambient noises, strings plucked etc. I had to sit with my feet up while he changed pedals and my amp settings to his preferences. I forgot he recorded everything that day but I definitely didnt forget the day. It was a really nice day and he was good company. I visted him last weekend and he handed me a few cd,s of the stuff we did. Some good some bad some just meh. But it was a cool and unexpected memento of a really enjoyable day.
