  2. Hello and Welcome the HOC... chinaiyf You are right that the 150 is a great guitar and I know that you'll feel that even more when you have found yours.... We're glad to have you onboard...
  3. Hello and Welcome grooveyard and HIGHDESERTDAVE, There is a lot of info here , in forums and elsewhere, and I find that surfing the galleries can be a blast also. And yes , we are all thrilled to have found the Heritage quality instruments and then usually can't stop looking for the next one... We all like talking Heritage and looking and showing pics... Dave , you do sound like a good candidate for a 535 , given your musical tastes... and your built guitar looks like it turned out quite good....
  4. Hello and Welcome kbp810, I can relate to the euphoria of the new Heritage.... I now have 5 , but don't have a semi-hollow yet.... yours sounds like it's excellent ...( as many of the semis are ) check out some of the forums and galleries and we hope to hear of your Heritage experience ...

  6. Welcome to the HOC... regarding what is discontinued at Heritage.. unless the site says specifically that it is discontinued .. they just may not have the pics up yet as it is a new site... If you picked up your Eagle ASB for $ 1500 , then you got a bargain on a beauty of a guitar. ( we like to see pics, just for kicks ) There's lots of info, etc here... check out the forums and the galleries..
  7. Hello FrankV, Although I'm sorry to hear about your ebay experience, at least it worked out alright. And how cool of you to support the boys in Kalamazoo. I trust that you will be rewarded with a very happy experience. As you may , or may not, know... We always love to see something new when the chance presents itself. If you generate a pic of your new arrival... let us enjoy it too. And tell us of your experience , sometimes it helps others to decide to do the same thing. Welcome to the HOC.
  8. Hello and welcome Mike, That's a great looking 555. That was a great story about Ren and yes, a good amount of us have been through the factory. We go through as a group at the annual Parsons Street Pilgrimage. ( pics are in the gallery ) So again welcome, and we look forward to hearing more from you...
  9. Hello Tempest, Those who can appreciate and strive towards the Heritage magic are welcome here.... Welcome and hopefully some day soon a Heritage will find a home at your doorstep....
  10. Hey Fernado, You may already know that I'm a fan of H-157's, I trust that you'll enjoy yours as much as I do mine. It's my "go-to" guitar right now. And the Little One will be cool. Can't wait to hear about that one.. I don't remember anyone giving us the low-down on those rare birds.... Have a Happy New Guitar Day and keep us up to date on what's coming in...
  11. Hey there Fernado, I'm glad that you moved beyond lurking... And you were fortunate to grab that wine red H150 from Cryoman. I just knew from the pics that it would be sweet.... The new ones on the way should be really special. Do you care to disclose which models you have coming in.....? H150"s?
  12. Hello DFire, There are some $ 1,000 bargains that happen on a Heritage... and also, they did make some more basic versions from time to time. Ebay has some good deals often.... These are the real deal in solidbody guitars... handmade in Kalamazoo of the finest woods, just like the most treasured guitars out there. ( which , as you might know , were made in this plant , on these machines , by these people , of these woods.) There are not nearly as many Heritage guitars out there to buy as the mass produced brands, so sometimes you've got to look for a while. But the prices right now are really nice. I think that the pickups will make a difference in what works best for you... of course you can just change 'em out. The Duncans will be good, the schaeller ones I'm not sure. It's time to search for some to try in a store maybe... if only to check out the different models. And if you haven't been there, check out the Heritage site for info and read their story... Heritage Guitar Site You will find that Heritage provides a quality of guitars that usually costs much , much more...

Good luck finding "the one" and be aware that these beauties are addictive! Sounds like you're looking at two nice ones. Or consider the Heritage custom work ....everybody raves about the results..... (lots of great reading material and photos here)
