It would be nice to be able to buy a guitar directly from the factory. I also bought a new Heritage guitar case over the phone from the factory for my H535. washbrook Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 Hi, I live in the UK and was very pleased when I seen this was available to order as I am so proud of both my 555 and 575 Heritage guitars so went ahead and started placing the order. Unfortunately I ended up cancelling it when I got to the postage charge part.... even the cheapest option was more than the value of the t-shirt so I cancelled it.
