barrymclark Posted February 23, 2012 Author Share Posted February 23, 2012 Ok, I reapproached this. It occured to me I was after a dark tone that typically comes with heavily overdriven amps. So.... I eq'ed in a darker tone and ramped the volume up to max. Then I worked the gain up little by little. I was able to get a tone I want, with enough gain to be fun and the no feedback.
