bolero
I did some searching...but all I came up with was: Kenny Rambo made the first batch ( V1 ) of Eagle floating humbuckers then they put a piece of red tape on V2 and a 2nd piece of red tape on V3 does anyone know about the design specs/differences? thx! barrymclark
#1 sounds awesome. #2 sounds incredible. #3 sounds amazing. That's what it said in the spec sheet anyways. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk
Genericmusic
It is my understanding that Kenny designed and build all three. I have a #3 in my Eagle and he told me he designed and built it. Try using a topic search in the website, that might answer some of your questions.
peterbright
Most believe the number 3 is the best version.
Keith7940236
I've had all three and while two was better than one, three is really very nice. It is my favorite. I believe that Martygrass did a comparison of a #3 with another pickup awhile back. You might try searching for it
H
Poor old number two never really had much going for it
RhoadsScholar
I think they all sound like #2.... Can't beat a Kent Armstrong handwound for about 120. Best upgrade for an Eagle (IMHO) .....
Keith7940236
I did the KA upgrade on my Heritage #1, a definite improvement. The KA is a little more articulate than the #3, I may consider doing that down the road, but as of now, I'm happy with the #3.
