shook494
I had Schaller's in it when I sold it to Mars. Don't know what he has in it now? It's a cool special order I got on the bay. It's got an ebony board with dots. The neck is a little thick as well. Kinda weird? Great top though. I miss it.

It has APH-1s in it and that is a Gibson TP-6 fine tuner tailpiece. I have a set of Seths I am thinking about installing, but I like the APH-1s pretty well so I'm not in a hurry. Assumer
Great looking guitar. I have a new rule. After selling a few guitars I wish I had not, unless I just do not like it, I keep it. You never know. At the least my kids will have them some day and can do what they want.

I had to check out what the difference is in the APH-1..... "Compared to the '59, the Alnico II Pro has a rounder sound with a spongier bass response. " Hmmm. Much different? "Compared to the '59, the Alnico II Pro has a rounder sound with a spongier bass response. " Hmmm. Much different? I think there is a lot of difference, but that is me. I would say the APH has a more pronounced upper range clarity and a 59 has more lower end growl.
