Is There A Market For Non-Working Amps?

I have had an early 1960s Harmony H400 3-tube amp for many years, all original, even the tubes. It has no bells and whistles, but the little amp sounded good when turned up. A while back the single on-off-volume knob got loose and then shorted out and hasn't worked since. I have other amps, so I would not need to fix it up for me. However, Is there is a market for non-working amps for those that enjoy fixing and rehabbing? How would one price a non-working amp?

Old tube amps, absolutely. Just got to hold out long enough to find someone who wants that particular one. I would love to have one for a project but full up on projects for the next few months at least.

Might get lucky and find someone right here, try listing it in the for sale section.

those can be great little amps

before you put much money into it, does it have a power transformer?

if not, it's one of those cheap & dangerous old amps that run off of line voltage...probably has a 50L6 tube in it if that's the case

if it does have a power transformer, certainly fix it!!
