schundog
NICE! 157 to the Eagle; "They said you was hung!!" Eagle to the 157: "And they was RIGHT!" I hope you decide to make the 157 a player; or, "saving it" as a collector's piece is pretty cool, too.

MartyGrass
It's a 2004 Black Golden Eagle. I know, stupid name. It seems like something for wildlife that got stuck in an oil spill.

nachogrande
Fred I'm afraid you approach to events from a negative point of view These two are a gorgeous pair. I've never seen a black Heritage jazzbox before. It looks stunning.

I've never seen a black Heritage jazzbox before. It looks stunning. I've seen a couple of Eagle Classics in black. I'm sure Heritage could whip up just about anything you can imagine. I agree that it's stunning. Of course I'm biased. And I don't think it would have appealed to me if most of their archtops were black. Seeing it is a pleasant surprise. I've just started to dream of a black Heritage rockabilly box. Sounds very tempting.
