rwinking
So what does pre Band Lab and pre-plaza corp Heritage mean? I have seen these terms recently and just wondering.....
Vanschoyck
Kinda like, maybe, pre CBS to Fender or pre Norlin to Gibson. Probably will be some more colorful responses shortly.
skydog52
Plaza Corp first bought the property and Heritage Guitar. https://plazacorp.net/ https://plazacorp.net/commercial/kalamazoo-enterprise-center/ BandLab came in and bought a share of Heritage later. Principal there is Kuok Meng Ru. He has his hands in many companies. https://www.bandlab.com/ https://www.bandwagon.asia/articles/kuok-meng-ru-interview-singapore-swee-lee-bandlab-rolling-stone Article https://bluegrasstoday.com/changes-at-heritage-guitar-roils-staff-luthiers/

Polo
It's hard to tell if your being serious here or if your just trying to stir up what's left of the nest for some weekend laughs. Either way, you can put me down as a 100% (1985-2015) era kind of Heritage fan.

Are there enough of us to form a disgruntled drummer faction? hahaha

They are three distinct times of Heritages' business, all with their own distinctions from guitar making to labor force to business models. DetroitBlues
Just the next selling point to make you believe our Heritages are worth more because they were pre-Plaza Corp guitars. The only reason why prices have gone up over the years is inflation and increase in materials and labor cost
