blackholegravity
Welcome all, so glad I found this place!! I owned a nice H-150 about 15 years ago, that I regrettably sold, and haven't had a Heritage since (not sure why). I took delivery of a NOS Custom Core H-150 (built Dec. 21) yesterday from a dealer on Reverb, still had all the protective film and stickers, it looked untouched. I had been shopping for a nice R9, but just couldn't bring myself to pay the current prices for a guitar. I picked this up for $2775, which was a great deal to me, and I couldn't be happier. I love dirty lemon and at 8lbs 6oz the weight was perfect for me. The setup was actually good out of the box, although I did break it down, clean, change the strings and make a few adjustments. The only weird thing was the way they adjust the tailpiece, really high. for the break angle over the bridge on the bass strings I guess. I decked the tailpiece and top wrapped, seems to be working great. So far I love the guitar and am very happy with it.

Spectrum13
Great top and color! Glad you did not need to wait for Santa to deliver that one, people tell me it's pretty cold on that sleigh.

ElChoad
Congrats and welcome to the club! Once you have a CC, there is no need for an R9.

I agree, plus I refuse to pay R9 prices these days…the CC is awesome, and scratches that itch nicely!! And no binding bleed ?
