  2. What? You found something on the internet that you don't believe? Hard to imagine.
  3. I have a 1996 Super Eagle and I can't seem to find the right size tool to adjust the truss rod. Granted I don't have a specific tool for this so I'm just trying out different sockets and wrenches (US and Metric) but because of clearance I can't get a good grip and I don't want to strip it. Any guidance would be appreciated. Heck I'll buy the wrench from Stewmac if I knew what to buy.

  5. This is a convoluted statement of logic: "The characterization that a great burst Les Paul sounds like a Telecaster on steroids is really talking about how a humbucking pickup succeeded in sounding like a quiet P90" WTF I've never heard anyone say a great burst Les Paul sounds like a Telecaster with P90's
  6. Got it. Autographed too, I think? It's great!
  7. Great book! Basically pictures and not much text/info at all. Still a great book though! I'm just stating, if you get a chance to grab one thinking there's a lot of info to read, facts, etc, there is not. Great photos of old school Heritage though!
  8. I do remember this when it came out. I never saw it in person.
  9. While surfing the inter-web, I found this ad for a Heritage Guitars coffee table book by Victor H. Dvorak. It was published in 2012! I never knew this existed! I didn't order one ($82.00 is a bit hefty) but wanted to pass the info along to ya'll. 12. I have an extra Heritage 575 case if you are interested in buying. PM me if interested. I know my 575 has a 16inch lower bout and about an 11.5 inch upper bout. If the Sweet 16 is the same, it should be a good fit. Let me know.
  13. I thought about ordering an "H-357 Magnum" once How would you spec that out? I was thinking of gunmetal blue/grey paint, matching headstock, reflective metal pickguard a la Neil Young, vintage firebird spec pups
  14. is the walnut one the 3rd in from the right? those are all very nice. If I had to pick 1 it would be a tough decision
  15. This guitar plays with the lightest touch of any that I've tried. I love this thing. It's also light for a 150 at just 9 pounds. I installed the set of JS Moore humbuckers that I had. Phenomenal.
  16. A 575 case will work just perfect.
  17. beautiful, I like that "thick black" guitar enjoy it
  18. No problem. It's kind of hard to tell in the picture.
  19. Sorry about that.
  20. This one is ebony.
  21. I love Oxblood! enjoy that beautiful axe!
  22. Heritage will probably sell you one
  23. I only have 3. And two 575s…. I need a Sweet 16.
  24. I received it today. It's as nice as you think it is. I'm not convinced that the pickups are original. They overdrive my tube amp at low volumes when I'm not using overdrive. I'll look at it later. I have a set of JS Moore humbuckers that are going in it.
  25. Find me a Sweet 16 case and I will
  26. It’s probably an Eagle case. Sell it to me.
  27. Really nice.
  28. I bought a used Sweet 16 but the case seems too big. I have to add padding to keep the guitar from jostling around. Is that normal or maybe this case belongs to a different Heritage model. Anybody?
