MartyGrass Posted October 11, 2012 Share Posted October 11, 2012 MartyGrass, why do you suggest that depth? 2 1/4" depth is something easy for Heritage, as is 2 3/4". Either of these choices will improve the acoustic sound for practice and bring out a little bit more character to the tone. The idea is that some of the soundboard vibrations will bounce off the back and be reflected to the top again. The deeper the guitar, the greater the delay of these frequencies.
