Vanschoyck Posted August 14, 2014 Share Posted August 14, 2014 There's a 575 currently for sale in a very near configuration to one I'm considering having built. I'm eyeballing it. One of the photos shows the inside of one of the f holes and I'm trying to see if the dark area of the maple (inside back) is a problem, as in a future crack. Anyone know what to look for here? It's hard to believe Heritage would continue to build a guitar with such an obvious defect (If it were a crack). Get the guitar with an inspection period, check the spot carefully.
