Vince told me that there will be an ad in next months issue of Vintage Guitar mag.

there will also be a line at the bottom of the ad directing people to the HOC!!!!  how about that!!!

one purpose of the ad will be to promote their latest Custom Shop Limited run...SOLD IN PAIRS, 25 pair limited run!!!   Premium tops, trap inlays on both, premium matching pickguards, MOP head inlays, bound heads, cases included  :afro:

Vince said that they are going to try to do a CS limited run every quarter....a new way to promote the quality of Heritage!  and open peoples eyes to what great instruments they REALLY are!

I'm taking my Silverburst down there this morning after a doc app. to try to get Vince to do a limited run of silverburst 150s....i think when he sees it he will be a believer ;D

what about a H.O.C. inlay at the twelveth fret..

...or a special HOC design on the headstock in MOP or abalone!

Or, at least an HOC engraving on the TRC, such as "HOC Special Edition!"

That's a great looking pair of guitars and I'm glad they're going to advertise. I was reading an analysis last week or the week before that the "market leaders" during the great depression mostly sat on their laurels and didn't make it out the other side, while the small players continued to advertise and became the big companies we know and love today.

Awsome!  That's right, Heritage, get the word out.  Show the guitar buying/playing public what cha got!

Looking at the pics, it's interesting that the H-150 has biege p'up surrounds and the H-535 has black.  Kinda mis-matched on that small detail, but beautiful gitfiddles nonetheless.

I'll have to wait for the 'buy one, get one free' sale. 8)

Just got back from Heritage...the silverburst was a big hit.  I think it is a good possability that you will see a limited edition silverburst sometime in the future ;D

there was a very sweet H 137 0n the workbench.  Korina, natural, 3-piece neck, MOP head inlays, traps, 3 p90s!  this guitar was incredible!  (all i had was my camera from my phone)

...and if that wasnt enough excitment, a new up-and-comming Heritage endorsee, Frankie Balard stopped in w/ a handfull of Heritage for Ren to setup.  He had a really killer VSB H150 w/ killer flame, a H137 TV yellow and a H 157 BB.  Frankie was really cool...he and his band play out locally a lot around here...they are country/southern rock....i need to get out and see him, everybody says he is a awesome player!

his 137 has a custom mod......

Nice pics, Brent.  Thanks so much for those - very cool to see the guits and Heritage.  Nice pic of Ren!!  Yeh, the korina 137 is pretty cool (just one too many pickups in it...  :)    Big smile on the 'blues/country' marker on the toggle - Frankie's got a sense of humor we see.    8)

I love that 137 with the three P-90's!  Killer killer killer!!!  At least they picked a good mag to do the ads in.  I agree with what was mentioned before about a spalted maple top pair.  That would be great!

Okay I'm going to toot my horn a bit. I did the photos for the ad. Even after running a commercial photo studio for 15 years shooting these guitars was a highlight. The quality is superb on both of these guitars. Being a guitar player and a photographer made doing these shots really fun. I also took some closer detail shots that really show the quality that goes into these. They sound and play great also. I played the 535 through a 3 hour band practice and it was a joy.

I have seen one of these "Sold in Pairs" at Wolfe's.  I happened to be there visiting with Jay and Graham when they received them.....all I can say is-- Thank God I had left my checkbook at home.....      I believe the pair I saw was Dark Almond Sunburst and absolutely gorgeous.

Maybe Santa will be kind to me this year......yeah right.  LOL
