Hfan
Can you guys explain what, besides nostalgia, is the appeal of the SG? Upper fret access comes to mind. As a kid a I had a Les Paul SG. I currently have a new to me similar design guitar but my finger tips are slightly more chunky as is the rest of me. I may have to go with a longer scale guitar to appreciate those upper fretboard excursions. Although it is easier to simultaneously bend two strings on the same fret now.
