My 525 is lament top & solid maple rims (and back, I thinks)and that really helps with feedback issues.

 

575s are solid carved Maple, WOW!!!

That guitar would be too hard to play.  Every time you get it out you would just sit their drooling and making grunting sounds. 

 

What a finish!  As pretty as she is I doubt it will be your last Heritage.  At least that's what my crystal ball is saying.  :wink:

Welcome, Niles.  And a special 'howdy' for scoring one of the most beautiful H575 finishes and gorgeous woods.  As you can see from my avatar, it's my fav. too. :)

 

For a first time Heritage owner, you did good...really good!

After much polishing with Meguires #7 (my favorite) it does look good. It could stand a fret job but I think it has one more leveling and recrowning in it. It plays fine but won't intonate with a plain 3rd. I have a TOM bridge on order. I really like it and I am considering selling my Eastman. Thanks for the comments and fellowship.
