For me... a Parsons Street with the regular headstock instead of the Gumby just looks wrong. I think that's from years of ogling the one in the prototype room. There is a classic look to that because of the scroll headstock design taken from F-type Mandolins.. its a rather inspirational headstock to me. They have a stack of Gibby V bodies they could use. Put on a Heritage neck and we are good. I don't think Gibson has the body shape patented.
