are they the same weight? heavier tuners will affect sustain & sonics, weight makes a difference remember those weights they used to sell, people would attach to the headstock?

Interesting blog post, I agree band members should be the only ones involved. wives/girlfriends etc can unnecessarily complicate things but I don't understand...to resolve the situation, you did nothing? and it went away?
