Makes me want to break out my Crybaby. Just one of the many pedals that I never seem to use. BTW: When will I ever get on your "Great Transactions with" list? :D

Maybe you should buy something from him first? :icon_sunny:

Here's one of my favourite songs which has more than a touch of wah...

Possibly the first track I ever heard as a teenager which really demonstrated the potential of the wah-wah pedal (and what a creative guitarist Frank Zappa was) was this one...

When found in the right hands (or foot!) a wah wah can be a thing of beauty.

If one bears in mind the origin, or at least the idea, of the wah wah, which is not Jimi Hendrix but trumpet players in the 1920s & 30s, then the possibilities are endless.

The easiest thing to do is to "do a Clapton", which is to move up and down with the beat, but if you try to actually "vocalize" the notes, it's quite awesome!

I really like the Morley bad horse wah. It works backwards so to speak but once you get used to it, it's hard to go back to a crybaby. When you stop the pedal returns to the top and shuts off.

The Morley wahs are cool I just hate how freaking big they are...
