Heritage doesn't sell pickups. If they are the 225 Classics, then you're out of luck unless you find someone who is selling them from their guitar. Check the inside of the control cavity to see if it says 225 Classic, or Lollar. Lollar P90s used to be the standard issue pickups. I have them in both my H525 and the H-530 that I picked up last year after visiting the factory.

I bought a bike 46 years ago. I've got a 1980 Sukuki 550 that's been sitting in the garage for 20+ years. It was great for weekend rides and commuting 20 miles to work. It was running fine until we had a local issue with contaminated gasoline, which gummed up the 4 carbs. At the time, I didn't have time to try to fix it myself, and didn't have the money to have a shop pull the carbs and tank and clean everything, so it sat. I actually have the money that I could get it running, but it would need new tires, shocks, and it's got a small oil leak on the left cylinder head. Yeah, it could be restored, but I would be afraid to ride today, with the way people drive. One hand on the wheel, the eyes and other hand on their cell phone. If they can't see that car in front of them, they surely wouldn't see a puny motorcycle! My son says I should put in on Facebook Marketplace. Someone with the mechanical aptitude could get it running, and I could probably get $300 or so for it, and more space in the garage. Right now it costs me $8 in taxes per year, so it's not a problem, more of an inconvenience.

Learning how to ride and riding is liberating.

I recently saw a used '24 Custom Core H-150 with P90s and thought 'man that olive drab color is horrible.' But then I played I played it and it got a LOT prettier. So I bought it. It is easily the best playing and sounding electric I've ever played, much less owned. I can't justify another Heritage just yet, but I have an old Ibanez ST-200 that needs need pickups, so now I want to put P90s in it that are as close as possible to those in the H-150. There are no markings on the H-150 P90s, but the Heritage web info indicates they are 225 Classic P90s. Sadly, I find no way to purchase just the pickups from Heritage, so which pickups would be closest to these? I plan to ask Mr. Wolfetone, Lollar, and Fralin, but I'm open to ideas! Many thanks!

Wish I had learned how to ride. My dad wants me to buy his Heritage Softtail that only has 800 miles on it only being 10 years old. He did one road trip, commuted to work (10 mile round trip) until he retired 3 years ago, then parked it. He said he can't lift it if he laid it down so it sits in his garage collecting dust..

I ran across this video some time back, and somehow I found it again this morning. Not only is there a sweet 535, but check out the cool dude playing it!!! I think I've seen him before.

The fatter body gives it a fatter tone compared to my H 535. It's that classic jazzbox tone. I would never play the Roy Clark style of music on the 576, It just doesn't seem to be built for that.

I think Fender is behind this.

I find that secret works with most amps. Once I learned it, I never looked back. I’m thrilled to hear the pros use the same technique. Or, in simpler terms, harrumph!

I have a Fender 57 Custom Deluxe (Head-Cab) that sounds and responds like no other amp I've ever played through. The secret is in jumpering the inputs and using the guitar volume controls to bring out the magic in these old school 5e3 tweed rigs.

I owned a 576 for a time. While I loved the gtr, the thick body & that cutaway are a terrible combination: my fretting hand kept getting trapped while playing high notes I regretfully sold it. The Roy Clark is probably a better design, with a thinner 535 type body.
