tulk1
Would it really be a GM without the EMGs? He ripped them out of his first one within days. And yeah, I think it'd still be a GM model. Just sans EMGs.

DetroitBlues
I would have thought that a Gary Moore guitar would have been modeled after his "Greeny" Les Paul which was a '59 Les Paul. Not exactly huge compared to the 58's. (As I've read, the R8 is .090" at the first fret and 1.0" at the 12th, but the R9 is still a "C" shape, but thinner, somewhere around .082" at the 1st fret... To hear the GM H150 has a thin neck is a bit of a surprise. But then again, my new PRS is .835" at the 1st fret, which feels signifcantly thinner than my Epi Dot... brentrocks
Congratulations. I'm curious about how those EMGs will sound through the 1974x clone. Thanks man!!! Absolutely Awesome!!!
brentrocks
oh man, that is a killer top...stunning array of flame on that snatch! I'd be sorely tempted to put an ABR-1 & normal tailpiece on there. and some throbak's but I guess that's heresy Thanks man! I have thought about converting it over to Tone Pros
brentrocks
It's a looker for sure. Are you going to leave the EMGs in this one? I think I am

brentrocks
I had to build up a few of the nut slots tonight before I did the tone demo. It was buzzing on the first fret pretty bad. I like the EMGs.
