NGD....Gary Moore H 150

I would have thought that a Gary Moore guitar would have been modeled after his "Greeny" Les Paul which was a '59 Les Paul. Not exactly huge compared to the 58's. (As I've read, the R8 is .090" at the first fret and 1.0" at the 12th, but the R9 is still a "C" shape, but thinner, somewhere around .082" at the 1st fret...

 

To hear the GM H150 has a thin neck is a bit of a surprise. But then again, my new PRS is .835" at the 1st fret, which feels signifcantly thinner than my Epi Dot...

oh man, that is a killer top...stunning array of flame on that snatch!

 

I'd be sorely tempted to put an ABR-1 & normal tailpiece on there. and some throbak's

Holy smokes Brent ... you done good!! The guitar is certainly a beauty and the tone is awesome! I'm not a big fan of EMG's but those sound great in that guitar ... congrats and enjoy!!
