TalismanRich Posted Friday at 01:56 PM Posted Friday at 01:56 PM The Triple Nickel is da BOMB! There are days I wish I had ordered that instead of the 157 way back when. Oh well, that's the way it goes!
DetroitBlues Posted Friday at 07:29 PM Posted Friday at 07:29 PM As much as I'd like one, the new Custom Core Line up makes feels like how Heritage was to me 15 years ago; beyond my financial means. $5k for a guitar is so steep, I'm sure definitely worth it though. I'd have to sell all four of my Heritages to get one of those; even then I wouldn't be happy because the design has a slim 60's neck profile. While I have gotten used to thinner necks, I rather enjoy the meatiness of my current lineup. Its a shame there was not a custom inlay to show its a 40th Anniversary model.
skydog52 Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago Looking forward to hearing this combination. Heritage Guitars Favorites · 1h · Tone that truly inspires. The Custom Shop 40th Anniversary Edition 225 Classic Humbuckers are the very heart of our 40th Anniversary H-150 and H-555 models. Meticulously wound right here in-house with Alnico 5 (neck) and Alnico 2 (bridge) magnets, they deliver incredible note separation and dynamic response you have to hear to believe.
